Rayzor Commerce Solutions provides software tools for hosted checkout pages, payment links, invoicing, booking deposits, basic payment tracking, and merchant onboarding. Rayzor Commerce Solutions is not a bank, money transmitter, escrow service, or payment processor. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Merchants using Rayzor Commerce Solutions are responsible for publishing and honoring their own customer refund and dispute policies. Before onboarding, merchants may be asked to provide refund terms, support contact details, and business information for review.
If a customer has a payment issue, the customer should contact the merchant first using the support details listed by that merchant. If the issue relates to the Rayzor platform, contact info@rayzorcommerce.online.
Rayzor Commerce Solutions does not guarantee approval or onboarding. A merchant may request to cancel platform onboarding or platform access by contacting info@rayzorcommerce.online. Any customer-facing subscription, booking, reservation, deposit, or service cancellation terms are set by the merchant offering those goods or services.
Rayzor Commerce Solutions does not sell physical goods through this website. If a merchant uses Rayzor tools to sell physical goods, that merchant is responsible for publishing its own return policy, fulfillment timing, shipping terms, and customer support process.
Merchants must comply with all laws, regulations, card network rules, Stripe requirements, and any restrictions that apply to their business, location, products, services, and customers. Rayzor Commerce Solutions may decline or remove businesses that are prohibited, restricted, unsupported, incomplete, deceptive, or otherwise unsuitable for the platform.
Rayzor Commerce Solutions is not currently advertising customer promotions, discounts, trials, contests, sweepstakes, or rewards on this website. If promotions are offered later, the applicable terms, eligibility, timing, and limits will be published before the promotion is available.
