By accessing or using Rayzor Commerce Solutions software platform services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the services.
Rayzor Commerce Solutions provides software tools for hosted checkout pages, payment links, invoicing, booking deposits, payment tracking, and merchant onboarding. Rayzor Commerce Solutions is not a bank or payment processor.
Payments are processed by Stripe. You are responsible for your Stripe account, applicable Stripe processing fees, platform fees, refund policy, customer support obligations, and compliance with applicable laws and Stripe requirements.
Our refund, dispute, cancellation, return, and promotion policies are available on the Policies page.
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Access may depend on business type, location, risk review, platform readiness, and Stripe account eligibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rayzor Commerce Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the services.
