1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Caripay WordPress plugin and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Caripay is a software plugin provided by Rayzor Commerce Solutions that enables merchants to accept payments via Stripe in Trinidad & Tobago dollars (TT$). The Service acts as a technical bridge between your WordPress/WooCommerce site and Stripe.

3. Payment Processing & Fees

All payment processing is handled directly by Stripe. Rayzor Commerce Solutions does not store or process card details.

By using Caripay, you agree to pay:

  • The standard Stripe processing fees as applicable to your region and account.
  • The Caripay platform fee, which is charged as a percentage of each successful transaction.

Fees are deducted automatically at the time of the transaction.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your WordPress site and for ensuring your use of Stripe complies with the Stripe Services Agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rayzor Commerce Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
